HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us against reimbursement of the items, excluding shipping costs, if they are not suitable.
Please put each item back in its original packaging to ensure a hassle-free refund and facilitate the work of our logistics workshop.

SECURE PAYMENT
All bank details entered on our site are secured and encrypted by the SSL protocol. No payment data is stored on our server.
The means of payment authorized on our e-shop are : PayPal, credit card, invoice, or gift card.
PRODUCTS AT ATELIER JORAND
All our products are handcrafted in Morocco. Our products are therefore never identical. The small defects are not, it is part of the charm of the handmade. Each piece is therefore unique ! The colors of the products may also be slightly different.
